About the GallCare home

GallCare is more than a care institution – it is a deep commitment to respect, dignity and excellence. With roots in Romania and a strong influence from the Netherlands, we set out to bring the best European practice in care for older people to this country, and to show that high standards are not an ideal but a possible reality.

In the Netherlands, long-term care is well regulated, with accessible, high-quality services centred on each person. Drawing on that model, we created GallCare as a home that meets the highest 2026 standards in senior care, with safety, professionalism, empathy and modern conditions.

We chose our location in Sânnicolau Mare, Timiș County, with care – a town of welcoming people, where quiet and tradition sit easily together. The home is on Strada Mihai Eminescu, in an area that is easy to reach and safe, close to the essentials of the town, yet set back enough for privacy and peace.

GallCare is the result of a vision we believe in completely: that Romania deserves a better system of care. That is why we chose to invest in our own country, building a place where every older person feels respected, heard and loved. For us, care is not only medical services – it is also emotional support, a sense of belonging and a real community.

We are the Gal family – and we created GallCare from the conviction that our older people deserve more. They deserve care, warmth and dignified conditions, here at home, in Romania.

GallCare is not only for older adults – it is for the whole family and community. A warm, human place, where each person’s dignity truly matters.
